Privacy
This page explains how Isobath would use your details. Isobath is a concept: this site collects nothing and sends nothing.
Who we are
Isobath, Sandys, Bermuda. Email visit@isobath.example.
You can reach our privacy officer at privacy@isobath.example.
What we collect
When you book a visit: the day, the time, the number of visitors, a name for the booking and your email address. You give us these yourself.
We do not ask your age or anything about your health.
Why we use it
Only to handle your booking and to contact you about it. We need these details to take your booking.
Who sees it
Our visitor team, and the companies that host this website and send our email. If any of them are outside Bermuda, we check that they protect your details to a similar standard first.
How long we keep it
Until 30 days after your visit. Then we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask to see your details, correct them, stop us using them or delete them.
If you live in the UK or the EU, you can also object to how we use them, ask us to limit their use, or ask for a copy to take elsewhere.
Complaints
Please write to our privacy officer first. You can also complain to the Privacy Commissioner for Bermuda, to the ICO in the UK, or to the data protection authority where you live in the EU.
Children
Bookings must be made by an adult.
